Our goal is to make your life easier so you can focus on finding players. From schedules to hospitality we have you covered for the best weekend of the summer.

Hotel Information

The event is located in Glendale and we have reserved all hotels rooms that are walking distance to the dome and located in the Westgate entertainment district. This is the best place to stay in regards to location and convenience.

Coaches Packet Information

Coaches packets will be available for pre-purchase here on APRIL 30TH, 2023. You will also be able to purchase packets at and the dome day of. Packets are $150 per coach and that includes

- Coaches packet with all teams and players contact information

- Entry to all games during the weekend

COLLEGE COACHES ROOM

Hospitality At the Event

We want to make sure your time here is at the highest level of excellence. There are two options for all college coaches in regards to hospitality.

College Coach Packet without Food: This will simply get you into the event and a coaches packet in your hand.

College Coach Packet with Meals: This will get you an elevated package that includes team contacts pre-event, drinks and dry snacks throughout the weekend and elevated meals in the Fiesta Bowl College Coach Hospitality Room. Meals will include

Friday- Lunch

Saturday- Lunch/Dinner

Sunday- Lunch

Coffee will be available on Friday, Saturday and Sunday morning.
